• Information regarding appointment times at your establishemnt, types of appointments, and appointment durations. This information is used to create better estimates for appointment durations, and allows you to access historical records regarding appointments at your establishment.

• Customer information collected includes information such as customer names, emails, IDs, and phone numbers. This information is used to help customers access the system again, and to help businesses provide better service to their clientele.

• Other readily available information, such as your ip address, your login and other dates, etc. is also collected for record keeping purposes and for other uses such as blocking "spammers" and other malicious users.

• Information about how you use the website.

• other information relevant to estimating customer wait times.

What we do with the information we gather

We require information to estimate line times and provide you with a historical record of appointments as well as enabling customers to access their position in line remotely. Furthermore:

• Your address, email phone number, attraction names and other information may be used to contact you, to advertise your location to customers waiting in line, maintain your billing records, and send you billing notifications.

• We may periodically send promotional emails to business users about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, and your first and/or last name.

• Your establishment's name or an administrator's first and last name may be used for your convenience for greetings.

• Information you make available publicly, such as photos and text, is displayed publicly.

• From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.

• Client information is maintained to enable businesses to see who their clients are, and to create accounts for clients so that clients may join queues and book appointments at businesses more easily.

Controlling your personal information

Information businesses provide regarding their address, phone number, website, etc. As well as attraction names, are provided as part of the information given to customers accessing their line position remotely. Businesses can elect to not provide most of the information if they wish.
